You will be responsible for leading major legal cases and delivering accurate legal counsel, Representing clients before judicial and administrative bodies, ensuring the best legal outcomes in accordance with the highest professional standards.
🧠 Tasks and responsibilities:
- Providing specialized legal advice in various branches of law (civil, commercial, real estate, etc.).
- Preparing and reviewing legal contracts and agreements to ensure the protection of clients' interests.
- Representing clients before courts, judicial and administrative bodies.
- Supervising and guiding assistant lawyers in completing legal tasks.
- Monitoring legal and legislative updates and providing appropriate recommendations.
- Contributing to the development of the firm's legal strategies and enhancing the quality of services provided.
📚 Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Law from a recognized university (a higher qualification is preferred).
- At least 7 years of experience in the field of law, including at least 3 years in a leadership position.
- License to practice law in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- High skills in legal analysis, drafting memoranda, and negotiation.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple legal files efficiently.
- Excellent command of Arabic, and proficiency in English is preferred.
